Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church (The BLVD) seeks a visionary Minister of Worship and Arts to lead its diverse worship ministry. This leader will partner with the Senior Pastor to create transformative worship that blends gospel, contemporary music, hymns, and spirituals, honoring Black church traditions.
They will oversee choirs, praise teams, musicians, creative arts, and tech staff, integrating music, dance, and drama into worship and planning major events. The ideal candidate will foster excellence, mentor leaders, and use worship to deepen faith and impact the community.
